Pancakeswap has called on developers and gamers to participate in its captivating Pancakeswap Gaming Marketplace, released on 15th Nov, 2023. According to the announcement, the PancakeSwap Gaming Marketplace will cater to GameFi developers by providing a platform to directly and effortlessly build their projects and get exposure to a vibrant community.
Following this launch, CAKE’s price edged about 32 percent in the past two days to trade around $2.68 on Thursday during the early Asian session. CAKE had already gained about 132 percent in the past month, thus securing a solid breakout from the bear market falling trendline.
Additionally, the gaming marketplace features two published games; Pancakeswap will feature its flagship game, “Pancake Protectors.” Developed in partnership with Mobox in May 2023, Pancake Protectors was a game that attracted more than 25,000 players in a single day. And Binary X’s “Pancake Mayor” game, a casual city-building game.
This big launch has been described as a move to broaden the web3 space. The projects available in the marketplace can help crypto newbies learn about web3 platforms and digital assets on blockchain technology. As part of the gradual initiative, the PancakeSwap Gaming Marketplace has two projects with room for more developers to launch their concepts.

Coinspeaker reported that the successful launch of PancakeSwap Gaming Marketplace is expected to boost the $1 billion valued CAKE network significantly. As of this report, the PancakeSwap platform had about $1.49 billion in total value locked (TVL).
